Cincinnati Bell announced it is acquiring GramTel USA, an Indiana-based company that manages four data centers in the Midwest, and provides data back-up and disaster recovery services. The deal is valued at about $20 million. Cincinnati Bell has been busy lately, launching a much-watched fixed mobile convergence service late last year, and also acquiring eGix, an Indiana CLEC with 17,000 business customers.
