Comcast expands Washington fiber network to boost business service revenues

Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA) has put the final touches on a fiber network expansion into Renton, Wash., as a way to appeal to more business customers that are looking for new sources for Ethernet services. Set to be completed by next year, it is also expanding its fiber network to Kent, Wash. This fiber expansion comes at a time when Comcast is seeing a continual uptick in business service revenues.
