Comcast (NASDAQ: CMCSA) is rejuvenating its top management ranks, promoting Tony Werner and Sree Kotay to new positions in the company.
Werner has become president, technology and product, while Kotay will now operate under the title of chief technology officer. In his new role, Werner will continue to oversee all aspects of technology and product organization for the cable MSO, including innovation, development and operations.
As Comcast's new CTO, Kotay will lead software and technology strategy, with an emphasis on customer-facing products and services.
