Donnelley's latest phone book opened to Ch. 11

Yellow Pages publisher R.H. Donnelley filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, following Idearc as the latest phone book publisher to seek protection from creditors. Like Idearc, Donnelley likes its chances in the directories business even though print products are going out of style and ongoing economic troubles are hurting the sector. Acquisitions have marked the directories business in recent years, and the debt that Donnelley piled up by actively pursuing deals has proven somewhat suffocating.
