DT casing Nokia Siemens' PBT

German telco giant Deutsche Telekom is reportedly conducting a field trial of provider backbone transport technology with vendor Nokia Siemens. The companies talked about the trial at this week's European Conference on Optical Communications (ECOC) in Berlin, though other than supporting the presentation, DT apparently was tightlipped about further plans for PBT.
