Ergen's Dish Network AWS-3 purchases bolster spectrum war chest

Charlie Ergen's Dish Network (NASDAQ: DISH) plunked down about $10 billion to acquire various spectrum licenses in the FCC's recently completed AWS-3 spectrum auction. While the purchase of these spectrum licenses combined with those Dish already owns will turn the satellite provider into a large spectrum owner, the question is what will it do next?
