Ethernet industry magnate Craig Easley joins Accedian Networks

Where in the world is Ethernet guru Craig Easley today?

Barely a month after announcing that he took up the VP of marketing reins at Sunrise Telecom, Easley has now popped up at Accedian Networks, a provider of Ethernet performance assurance Network Interface Devices (NIDs), as the company's new VP of marketing. No explanation of Easley's departure from Sunrise is given on the Sunrise Telecom website.

Along with various stints at Actelis Networks, Extreme Networks and Bay Networks/Nortel, Easley is probably best known for his Ethernet standards work. Having served seven terms on the Metro Ethernet Forum's (MEF) board of directors, Easley currently serves as the VP and Co-Chair of the MEF Marketing Committee. In addition, Easley is the executive sponsor of the MEF's Operations, Administration, Maintenance and Management (OAM) Work Group.
