FCC's Pai says Netflix is not disproving fast-lane allegations

FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai has asked Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) to explain to him why it is not providing evidence to counter claims that it has been using encryption protocols to target the open caching servers of certain large Internet service providers. By doing this, Netflix could effectively create a "fast lane" that prioritizes its streaming data over other data crossing onto an ISP's last-mile network.
