Frontier appoints 'Frank the American Buffalo' as its new DSL spokesman

Frank the Frontier buffaloFrontier Communications (Nasdaq: FTR) is using a talking buffalo named Frank to get more subscribers to tune into its DSL service. As reported in FierceCable, the new ad campaign--its first in years--is focused on pitching a $19.99 monthly DSL service if they sign a three-year contract.
