Gordon Yang takes helm of ZyXEL Communications

When ZyXEL needed to find a new leader they did not have to look to far.

The broadband vendor found it from within as they promoted 15-year company veteran Gordon Yang, who most recently served as the vendor's president of European regional business since 2008.

As president of ZyXEL, Yang will continue to drive new company initiatives, including products, solutions and marketing activities.

Yang joined ZyXEL in 1996 as president of the vendor's U.S. operations, when ZyXEL purchased California-based Zero Network, a major U.S. ZyXEL modem distributor.
