Hewlett-Packard introduced upgrades for its next-generation operations support system platform that include improved capability for fault discovery and management, as well as support for several new OSS standards. The OSS update from H-P comes as the service provider OSS market continues to see increasing investment from carriers and ongoing consolidation at the vendor level.
