Incognito's CEO: 4K video is not a near-term issue for ISPs

It's hard to debate the fact that over-the-top video service continues to grow and ISPs are looking to ensure that subscribers can get a good experience. One of the potential concerns on the horizon is the advent of 4K video. However, Stephane Bourque, CEO of Incognito Software, says that 4K won't be an issue this year.
