LRG: Pay-TV providers saw largest subscriber declines ever in Q3

Pay-TV operators had a tough third-quarter period, losing nearly 150,000 subscribers during the period, according to a new Leichtman Research Group (LRG) report. LRG, which surveyed the earnings reports of the top 13 publicly traded pay-TV operators in the U.S., said this was the worst third quarter ever for the industry in terms of video customer losses.
