NCTA's Powell is ready to battle FCC's Title II proposal

Michael Powell, the president of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA), says the group is ready to launch a legal challenge against the FCC over its Title II-based net neutrality proposal. Although NCTA's members have not made a formal decision to sue the FCC, Powell said such a move is "likely." Dan Frankel, editor of FierceCable, has this report.
