Q3 tough for Telenor

Norway's Telenor reported lower revenue and EBITDA for the third quarter, and the company also revised its outlook lower for the rest of this year. However, some of Telenor's Asian ventures have faced stiff competition and have yet to pay off, a reminder for telcos that while they must expand and diversify, new investments won't always provide immediate returns.
