Qwest scores high in satisfaction

J.D. Power and Associates regular compiles telecom customer satisfaction surveys, and in recent years, cable TV companies have landed high marks, but the big news of this week's high-speed Internet access was that Qwest Communications scored a 697, highest among all service providers serving the western United States. That's good news for a company still going through recovery and changes at the executive level. Qwest, we salute you.
