Rural telcos primed for IPTV

Two rural telecom trade associations--the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative and the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association--are working with vendor SES Americom to ease the introduction of IPTV for small telcos. The NRTC and the NTCA represent the smallest of telcos, and they developed the IP Prime program to help those companies overcome the challenges associated with upgrading networks and finding programming.
