Senators postpone telco immunity ruling

The Senate Judiciary Committee postponed a vote on whether or not to include blanket telco immunity as part of new surveillance legislation, though reports of the postponement are offering few details as to why. The committee reportedly is hoping to vote on the immunity clause by sometime next week.
