AT&T's Network Disaster Recovery Team held a disaster recovery drill in Chicago at Soldier Field. The drill involved many restoration trailers, command center functions and emergency communications vehicles, and is designed to illustrate response to the loss of a local network office during a disaster. AT&T employees, some enterprise customers and local government officials were worked through the drill. AT&T conducts such drills four times a year in different markets around the country.
