BT reported that profit for its fiscal fourth quarter was down about 6.2 percent to $828 million, while revenue rose about 2.5 percent to $10.5 billion. BT has suffered through some difficult quarters of late, and this time, declining wholesale service revenue hampered the company, but a major bright spot in the most recent quarter was global services.
