What's this? A vendor with an important broadband application patent that isn't making litigation over that patent the new primary mission of its business? Integra5 has deployed a messaging-via-TV application for several telco IPTV and cable TV carriers. The vendor now has a patent on that application. Meanwhile, other vendors and service providers have developed their own similar applications, but Integra5 says it's more interested in working with these companies than suing them.
