This week in Dallas, the TeleManagement Forum gathered its members for Management World Americas, their semi-annual confab on the state of the OSS/network management sector. Among news announcements, Hewlett-Packard unveiled a service delivery platform that it says bridges the gap between Web 2.0 and Telco 2.0 service delivery concepts.
