TelcoTV, a great mid-sized conference and perhaps the best event out there dedicated to TV technologies being used by telcos, is going on this week in Atlanta. One of the big stories is the emergence of a new company, Building B, that is set to provide TV content over wireless infrastructure to its own set-top box (controlled by its own remote control).
But, Building B doesn't want to compete with telcos. it wants to partner with them. Is there room for this new firm in the burgeoning telco TV universe?
