Vonage said it expects to tally $800 million in revenue for 2007, and also anticipates adjusted positive income for 2008, after payments made to settle patent lawsuits. The company said it also doesn't expect to have experienced substantial churn during the fourth quarter of 2007. These figure would represent remarkable rebounding ability for a company that only last year seemed buried under patent litigation.
