Telstra sets up customer feedback panel

Australia's incumbent telco Telstra wants its customers to have the ability to provide ongoing feedback on how they can improve their experience. To do that Telstra has created a new online panel called 'My Telstra Experience,' which it says will have about 18,000 customers giving it feedback on customer service and what they can do to improve their overall experience.

Claiming that the site won't be an 'online black hole,' Telstra said it would provide panelists with an update on the progress it's making on their particular suggestions. The new customer panel is part of a major company-wide organizational restructuring of Telstra.
