Adtran reported fourth quarter revenues of $162.9 million, up year-over-year from $139 million in the fourth quarter of 2015, surpassing Wall Street forecasts.

Verizon 
Verizon reported decent FiOS internet growth in 2016 as the telco ramped up available speeds and new tiers, but the loss of 282,000 traditional copper DSL customers put a dent in the telco's overall broadband subscriber base.

Corning
Corning reported fourth-quarter revenues were $2.48 billion, down sequentially, but up 11% year-over-year from $2.23 billion in the same period a year ago.

AT&T reported consolidated fourth-quarter revenues of $41.8 billion and operating income of $4.2 billion.

Juniper Networks
Juniper reported that fourth-quarter net revenues were $1.39 billion, up 5% year-over-year and 8% sequentially.

Feb. 7

Ting
Tucows reported fourth-quarter net revenue 2016 rose 9% year-over-year to $48.8 million from $44.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2015. However, net income for the fourth quarter of 2016 decreased to $2.8 million, or 27 cents per share.

Feb. 8

CenturyLink 
Fourth-quarter 2016 operating revenues were $4.29 billion compared to $4.48 billion in the fourth quarter of 2015. CenturyLink attributed the lower revenue to declines in legacy voice and low-bandwidth data services revenues, which were partially offset by growth in strategic revenues.

Level 3 Communications
Level 3 reported that net income was $677 million compared to net income of $3.4 billion for 2015, which included a non-cash benefit to the fourth quarter 2015 income tax.

Zayo Group
Zayo reported $506.7 million of consolidated revenue, including $107.9 million from Zayo Canada. Net income was $19.8 million, including $19.6 million from Zayo Canada, up $4.1 million sequentially.

Infinera
Infinera reported GAAP revenue for the quarter was $181 million compared to $185.5 million in the third quarter of 2016 and $260 million in the fourth quarter of 2015. GAAP revenue for the year was $870.1 million compared to $886.7 million in 2015.

Vonage
Vonage reported fourth quarter revenue of $247 million, up from $230 million in the year ago quarter. Income from operations was $5 million, down from $8 million in the prior year quarter.

Cincinnati Bell
Cincinnati Bell reported that consolidated revenue rose $18 million year-over-year. Revenue from strategic products was up 19% year-over-year.

Calix reported revenue was $131.8 million, up 25.5% year-over-year compared to $105 million for the fourth quarter of 2015.

Cisco
Cisco reported second quarter revenue of $11.6 billion, down 2% year-over-year. Cisco previously gave guidance of a 2-4% decline.

Cogent Communications 
Driven by an uptick in business and transport sales, Cogent reported that fourth quarter service revenue rose 2.2% from the third quarter of 2016 to $115.6 million and on a constant currency basis increased from the third quarter by 2.9%.

Consolidated Communications
Consolidated’s total fourth-quarter revenue was $175.9 million, compared to $188.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2015. Fourth-quarter 2016 revenue was impacted by lower equipment sales and service, which is the business the company divested in December.

CS&L
Ongoing sales in its Uniti Fiber unit drove up CS&L’s fourth quarter revenues to $206.9 million. Net loss and Adjusted EBITDA was $4.4 million and $177.2 million, respectively, for the same period.

TDS Telecom
TDS Telecom reported $283 million in fourth quarter operating revenues. TDS Telecom’s parent company Telephone and Data Systems reported total operating revenues of $1.28 billion million for the fourth quarter of 2016, up slightly from $1.27 billion for the comparable period one year ago.

Frontier Communications
Frontier reported total fourth quarter revenues were $2.42 billion, down from $2.52 million in the third quarter. The telco noted that $45 million of the sequential decline in revenue was related to resolution of CTF accounts that were determined to be nonpaying following an effort to address overdue accounts.

Dycom
Dycom’s second quarter total service revenues rose 25.3% year-over-year to $701.1 million. Organic revenue grew 22.9%. The company said this quarter reflected a broad increase in demand from several key customers as it deployed 1 Gbps wireline networks and grew core market share.

Windstream
Windstream reported fourth quarter total revenues and sales of $1.31 billion and total service revenues were $1.29 billion compared to $1.43 billion and $1.39 billion respectively year-over-year. Operating income was $74 million compared to $132 million in the same period a year ago.
