US Signal adds cloud services to its growing service portfolio

US Signal, a Midwest-based competitive provider, is building on the foundation it created with its aggressive fiber and Ethernet service push with a new Managed Data Center Infrastructure as a service cloud offering.

By adding Managed Data Center to its Managed Services to its product portfolio, US Signal will be able to offer business customers the ability to build Virtual Private Cloud environments to host key applications.

Because its cloud service is created with customized Virtual Private Servers built with dedicated CPU, memory, and storage resources US Signal claims its Virtual Private Cloud service has an advantage over public cloud offerings.

Businesses that sign up for US Signal's IaaS service will be able to access it through its suite of data products, including Ethernet, MPLS or though an IPsec VPN in conjunction with Managed Security and Dedicated Internet Access.
