Verizon leads Consumer Reports satisfaction survey while Comcast plummets

Verizon (NYSE: VZ) may still be a relative newcomer in the consumer TV race, but its efforts have paid off as its FiOS came in first in Consumer Reports' overall satisfaction survey, beating out Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA), which came in 15th out of 17 service providers in the category. Despite Verizon's gain, the Consumer Reports survey found that consumers overall gave low value ratings particularly for TV and Internet. Read more
