Cable operators and telcos have never had the greatest relationship, but now comes a report that a Verizon (NYSE: VZ) technician allegedly cut one of Cablevision's (NYSE: CVC) underground fiber lines serving Long Island. According to an article in FierceCable that cites a story in The New York Post, surveillance footage revealed that the cable was cut by Verizon employee Vincent Gargano.
