Will Verizon's "One Verizon" initiative drive further wireline/wireless synergies?

Verizon (NYSE: VZ) is going to finally take the covers off its "One Verizon" initiative, which company CEO Lowell McAdam has said will be a combination of Verizon Communications and Verizon Wireless, later this month. Although the new structure could drive more integrated wireline and wireless services, some analysts believe the deal isn't about changing the services it offers but it is rather driven by money.
