Advertisers are turning their attention to the video streaming market to get their wares in front of consumers who are increasingly shifting their viewing platform from TV to smartphones and tablet computers. The online video advertising market appears to be a ripe one, with eMarketer predicting that advertisers will spend $3.8 billion on online video ads this year, out of a total of $42.52 billion on all digital ads.
