With the DirecTV acquisition completed, AT&T (NYSE: T) has an even broader audience of video subscribers it can reach with advertising and its growing content library. A key element in its transition is AT&T AdWorks, a division that is becoming a new force in addressable advertising, creating a new challenge to Cablevision (NYSE: CVC) and Dish Network (NASDAQ: DISH).
