Black Box, a company based in Lawrence, Penn., said it is acquiring Spokane, Wash.-based B&C Telephone for an undisclosed sum. Black Box has made several acquisitions of business-focused telecom firms in the last two years or so, including NextiraOne, NuVision and others. However, the company also saw its CEO resign earlier this year, and was threatened is NASDAQ de-listing as well.
