Cable & Wireless reported third-quarter earnings, and though the company has a long way to go on the come back trail, it saw lower costs and growth from its new focus on large customers in international markets, including the U.S. That growth was sufficient to convince the company to issue a revised improved EBITDA outlook for the rest of the year. That's a refreshing change in a quarter which until this point, has been full of lowered outlooks and earnings warnings.
