NTT DATA (Other OTC: NTDTY.PK) has put the final touches on its acquisition of U.S.-based IT services company Keane International.
With the acquisition complete, Keane International and its various subsidiaries, including its subsidiaries Keane, Inc., will continue to remain "as separate legal entities."
By purchasing Keane, NTT DATA will be able to complement its own global SAP service capabilities with a set of fully integrated IT services in the U.S. Through coordination and cooperation between Keane International and NTT DATA global group companies, NTT DATA plans to further strengthen its support of the NTT DATA group.
Although terms of the terms of the deal were not revealed, earlier reports speculated that NTT Data put $1.2 billion on the table for Keane.
