Pac-West Telecomm is doing some executive shuffling by promoting Todd Wallace as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Wallace, who joined Pac-West last year as its Senior VP of engineering and Network operations, will continue to run network management activities development, and customer operations, in addition to leading the service provider's financial activities.
One area of growth that Wallace will likely be tasked with driving in 2011 and beyond is Pac-West's Telastic on-demand services suite, a cloud-based service that provides Session Border Controller and White-Label Hosted VoIP for other service providers.
Having served as the CTO for Transcomm Enhanced Services, as well as Sourcecomm, Halo Wireless, Lonestar Corporate Services, VodaCode, Y-Tel International, Touchstone Systems and IPOperations and as COO for CCC GlobalCom, Wallace is not a stranger to being part of the high-level executive office.
