Michael Willner, Insight Communications' former CEO, sees new opportunities in the mobile video market. Willner and fellow Insight Communications founder Sidney Knafel, who recently bought a controlling stake in IP video software developer Penthera Partners, say they can equip TV distributors to offer services that will enable subscribers to transfer programs on a DVR to their tablet computer or smartphone.
