Report: AT&T gets DoJ clearance for DirecTV acquisition

AT&T (NYSE: T) may have overcome another major regulatory obstacle to proceed with its DirecTV (NASDAQ: DTV) acquisition by reaching an agreement with the Department of Justice, reports FierceCable, citing an exclusive report in the New York Post.
