U.S. carriers reportedly are becoming more interested in the network-based DVR approaches that carriers elsewhere in the world already are using with their IPTV services. That is the word out of the National Association of Broadcasters trade show in Las Vegas, where carriers also may be starting to show more interest in content security measures that they previously ignored as they focused on rolling out their IPTV platforms.
