The TM Forum's Management World 2008 event in Nice, France this week is a long-standing industry event (albeit slightly re-named) taking place in the same city in France where it has been held for several years, but there are some new names making news at the event, including industry heavyweights Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco Systems and Nokia Siemens Networks.
