Verizon (NYSE: VZ) recently introduced its Go90 mobile first video service, and FierceWireless has taken a deep dive into the many elements that made it become reality in its new feature, Inside the creation of Verizon's Go90.
While Verizon continues to add subscribers to its traditional linear FiOS TV service, pay-TV is of little interest to the millennial generation, which are Americans born between 1982 and 2000. The service provider is hoping that its Go90 mobile video service will be able to attract this segment, which is more interested in using their mobile devices to watch videos.
Although the app hasn't produced the initial success Verizon hoped for, the service provider said it plans to market it much more in the near future and add more content.
