TDG: U.S. broadband homes continue to cut the pay-TV cord

Whether it is Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX), Hulu or Amazon Prime (NASDAQ: AMZN), it's clear that consumers have a plethora of online video choices they can access via their broadband lines. According to a new study from The Diffusion Group (TDG), the portion of U.S. broadband homes without a pay-TV subscription has reached 14 percent, up from 9 percent in 2011. Read more
