As you may have noticed, our pet project at FierceTelecom.com this week is a debate about bandwidth glut. Is the glut from earlier this decade gone and pushed out of mind by real bandwidth demand? Do carriers need to keep making bandwidth investments to keep from having their network capacity tapped out by all this demand?
