Yankee: New tech helps SMB productivity

The Yankee Group said state-of-the-art consumer technology like wireless-enabled laptops and smartphone can increase the productivity of small and medium-sized business employees outside the office by 25% to 50%. The SMB segment is getting a lot of attention lately from telcos, though there may be a question of how far to go and how high-tech to get with with remote connectivity offerings for smaller companies.
