MegaPath has partnered with VeloCloud to enhance the service provider’s SD-WAN service options with a host of new monitoring and management capabilities.

The partnership with VeloCloud is part of MegaPath’s strategy to expand its SD-WAN service options. These options are designed to help business customers manage their network, support bandwidth-intensive applications at the branch level, and use bandwidth more efficiently to ensure application performance with zero downtime, all while lowering costs.

These new capabilities build upon MegaPath’s existing SD-WAN offering that was introduced in March 2016, which delivers centralized network management and monitoring, QoS-based priority routing, session-level application performance monitoring and standard network security protocols including IPsec VPN, load balancing and failover.

MegaPath’s SD-WAN solution is a fully managed service that includes full-solution design engineering, dedicated project management and a white-glove approach to implementation and support.

Besides supporting a multivendor SD-WAN approach, MegaPath said what sets its solution apart from the crowd is its ability to deliver carrier-agnostic, redundant, Layer 3 WAN connections nationwide. MegaPath also complements its SD-WAN capabilities with its portfolio of VoIP and unified communications (MegaPath One).

MegaPath also offers dedicated project management and end-to-end service delivery backed by 100% U.S.-based technical support.
